Product Application

1. Sodium citrate is mainly used as a food additive, with the largest demand. It can also be used as a flavoring agent, expander, stabilizer, buffer, and emulsifier;

2. Sodium citrate powder is used as an anticoagulant for blood preservation, as a preservative, and for the long-term storage of some drugs;

3. Sodium citrate crystal can be added as a retarder when making concrete, which can improve the antifreeze, compression and tensile properties of cement products;

4. Sodium citrate materials has good complexing properties, so it is also very useful in the electroplating industry;
