Advantame powder is synthesized from aspartame and isovanillin. It is a new type of non-nutritive, high-intensity, low-calorie sweetener with very weak perceptual intensity of sour and bitter tastes. It is a derivative of neotame and aspartame, and its blockage is 20,000 times that of sucrose.
