Function
It is mainly used for malignant lymphoma and cancerous pleura, pericardium and peritoneal effusion. It is rarely used for other tumors and is ineffective against acute leukemia. Combined with vincristine (VCR), methylkarenid (PCZ) and prednisone (PDN) in the treatment of Hodgkin's disease, ovarian cancer, breast cancer, choriocarcinoma, prostate cancer, seminoma, nasopharyngeal cancer (hemiplegic chemotherapy) has a high efficacy. Intracavitary injection has a good effect on the control of carcinoma pleural effusion. Severe symptoms caused by respiratory tract compression and superior vena cava compression syndrome, such as malignant lymphoma, can be quickly relieved.
