How should I take dimenhydrinate?
1.Use exactly as directed on the label, or as prescribed by your doctor. Do not use in larger or smaller amounts or for longer than recommended.
2.For best results, take dimenhydrinate 30 to 60 minutes before traveling or before any activity that may trigger motion sickness.
3.You may take dimenhydrinate with or without food.
4.The chewable tablet must be chewed before you swallow it.
5.If you need surgery, tell the surgeon ahead of time if you have taken dimenhydrinate in the past few days.

What happens if I miss a dose?
