Product Introduction 

Ranitidine hydrochloride is a histamine H2 receptor blocker that can inhibit pepsin and basal gastric acid secretion as well as stimulated gastric acid secretion. According to relevant studies, the acid inhibition strength of ranitidine hydrochloride is 5-8 times that of cimetidine. It is commonly used in the clinical treatment of diseases such as duodenal ulcer, Zollinger-Ellison syndrome, and reflux esophagitis. It also has the effect of preventing recurrent bleeding of peptic ulcer and gastrointestinal bleeding caused by stress ulcer.

Product Side Effect

If you are using the injection form of ranitidine hydrochloride, you can switch to oral preparations under the guidance of a doctor after the bleeding stops.

The generally recommended dosage is as follows:

1. Oral

 1) Ulcer disease: 150 mg/time, twice/day, in the early morning and before bedtime.

 2) Zollinger-Ellison syndrome: 150 mg/time, 3 times/day, up to 900 mg/day if necessary. Children over 8 years old: 75-150 mg, twice a day.

2. Intramuscular injection

 50 mg/time, twice/day.

3.Intravenous drip: 100-300 mg/day, or 25 mg/hour, twice /day or once every 6-8 hours.
