What’s Flubendazole powder?
Flubendazole is a White powder, odorless, insoluble in water, slightly dissolved in hydrochloric acid. It is a novel benzimidazole anthelmintic. It has excellent repellent effect on most nematodes and tapeworms in the gastrointestinal tract of pigs and most Chemicalbook nematodes in the gastrointestinal tract of chickens, and it is effective to the immature bodies of cysticercus and Echinococcus granulosus. The mechanism of insect repellency is thought to be to interfere with insect energy metabolism.

Function
This product is a fluorinated derivative of toluendazole, and its action and mechanism are basically the same as toluendazole. The advantage is no teratogenic effect, but the disadvantage is that the curative effect on whidiasis is slightly worse than toluendazole. This product can irreversibly inhibit the uptake of glucose by intestinal worms, resulting in a lack of energy sources, so that they can not survive and reproduce. This product, like toluendazole, can denaturate microtubules in insect somatic cells, so that the secretion particles in golgi apparatus are blocked and piled up, resulting in cell denaturation and insect body death, and has an inhibitory effect on the development of eggs.
The drug content in plasma is less than 0.1% of the oral dose, and 80% of the original drug can be excreted by feces within 3 days.
Application
It is mainly used to fight roundworm, hookworm, whipworm, dawn worm, tapeworm, echinococcosis, cysticercus, etc., and has good curative effect. It can also be used for strongylodes faecalis, onchocerciasis, clonorchis sinensis, postclonorchis and other worm infections.
