Clindamycin hcl, an antibiotic. Is the derivative of Lincomycin, listed in our country since 1970. The antibacterial spectrum is the same as Lincomycin, but it has strong antibacterial effect. It is mainly used in osteomyelitis, infection caused by anaerobic bacteria, respiratory system infection, biliary tract infection, endocarditis, otitis media, skin and soft tissue infection and sepsis. Function

This product plays an antibacterial role by binding with the bacterial ribosome 50S subunit to prevent the extension of peptide chain and inhibit protein synthesis. The antibacterial spectrum is similar to erythromycin, and it has high antibacterial activity against gram-positive bacteria such as Staphylococcus (including penicillin-resistant strains), Streptococcus, diphtheria bacillus, anthrax bacillus, etc. Chemicalbook also has good antibacterial activity against gram-negative anaerobic bacteria, and most bacteroidetes (including Bacteroidetes fragile), Clostridium, Gastrococci, gastrostreptococcus and Perfringens are highly sensitive to this product. Gram-negative aerobic bacteria including Haemophilus influenzae, Neisseria and Mycoplasma were resistant to this product.

Application

For the following infections caused by gram-positive and anaerobic bacteria.

1. Respiratory system infections, such as acute bronchitis, acute episodes of chronic bronchitis, pneumonia, lung abscess, empyema, anaerobic pulmonary disease, bronchiectasis combined with infection, suppurative otitis media, sinusitis, etc.

2. Urinary system infection, such as acute urethritis, acute pyelonephritis, prostatitis.

3. Female pelvic and genital infections, such as endometritis, nongonococcal oviduct and ovarian abscess, pelvic cellulitis and gynecological postoperative infection, often need to be combined with aminoglycoside drugs.

4. Skin and soft tissue infections, such as acne vulgaris, furuncle, carbuncle, abscess, cellulitis, trauma and post-operative infection.

5. Bone and joint infections, such as osteomyelitis (the preferred treatment for Staphylococcus aureus osteomyelitis) and suppurative arthritis (very effective for Staphylococcus aureus suppurative arthritis).

6. Intraperitoneal infection, such as peritonitis, intraperitoneal abscess, bile duct infection, etc.
