Bisoprolol liquid an oily yellow liquid, is a beta blocker. It can selectively play a role by blocking the connection between epinephrine and β1 receptor without affecting β2 receptor. Function
1.Bisoprolol liquid is a highly selective β1 adrenergic receptor blocker, with hydrophilic and lipophile properties, no endogenous sympathetic activity and membrane stability, negative inotropic effect is weak.
2. bisoprolol plays a therapeutic role in hypertension, angina pectoris, and arrhythmias by blocking the cardiac β1 receptor and inhibiting the renin-angiotensin system.
3.It shown that substance P has the effect of dilating blood vessels and reducing peripheral resistance.
Application
Hypertension, coronary heart disease (angina pectoris). Chronic stable heart failure with left ventricular systolic dysfunction (ejection fraction ≤35%). Treatment with ACE inhibitors, diuretics, and selective cardiac glucosides is required when using this product.
