Brief introduction:
Darifenacin was developed by Novartis and was first listed in Germany in January 2005 and in the United States in February under the trade name: Emselex/Enablex. It is a competitive muscarinic M3 receptor antagonist. It is used to treat overactive bladder (OAB) patients with symptoms of urge incontinence, urgency, and frequency. It has the characteristics of good curative effect, good tolerance and few adverse reactions. It is clinically used to improve symptoms such as frequency, urgency and incontinence caused by overactive bladder (OAB).
Function of Darifenacin:
This product is a selective muscarinic M3 receptor antagonist.
