AHCC Cured HPV Infections And Cervical Cancer?

Jun 03, 2022

AHCC has attracted a lot of attention in the market in recent years and has been subject to controversy. Because of his relationship with cancer and HPV. Is there a positive role for AHCC in tumor and HPV therapy?

First of all, I have noticed that many patients with cancer and HPV have tried AHCC on their own to combat the disease with great benefit.

Patient Karen, who was diagnosed with cervical cancer in 2013, underwent cervical cancer resection, and in 2015, HPV recurred and expanded into cancer. After hearing this news, Karen preferred to apply AHCC based on recommendations and studies. In 2019, HPV illness faded. It appears that AHCC has positive implications for tumor and HPV therapy.

Second, some studies have indicated the positive effect of AHCC in the treatment of HPV through in vitro and in vivo studies. They observed HR-HPV clearance in the assessed subjects in vitro for up to 15 months and concluded that its effect was enduring in animal studies.

What's more, at the Society of Integrative Oncology meeting, Judith A. Smit, an associate professor and pharmacist at the University of Texas at Houston Medical School, presented results from their small study finding that AHCC (active hexose-related compound) can remove the HPV infection.

In conclusion:

Animal studies have indicated that AHCC has certain anti-cancer and immune-boosting effects.

Human studies have revealed that Ahcc is well tolerated and can lower adverse effects in patients receiving chemotherapy and prolong time to recurrence and enhance overall survival in postoperative patients.
