What's pregabalin?
Pregabalin is an anti-epileptic drug, also known as an anticonvulsant. It works by slowing down the urge in the brain that causes seizures.Pregabalin also affects chemicals in the brain, which send pain signals throughout the nervous system.Pregabalin is used to treat pain caused by fibromyalgia, or neuralgia (diabetic neuropathy), herpes zoster (postherpetic neuralgia) or spinal cord injury in diabetic patients.Pregabalin is also used with other drugs to treat partial seizures in adults and children at least 1 month old.
Some side effect of pregablin
1.Pregabalin can cause severe allergic reactions. Stop taking pregabalin and seek emergency medical help if you have hives or blisters on your skin, difficulty breathing, or swelling of your face, mouth, or throat.
2. Some people have suicidal thoughts while taking pregabalin. Be alert to changes in mood or symptoms. Report any new or worsening symptoms to your doctor
3. If you have diabetes or heart problems if you gain weight or swell your hands or feet while taking pregabalin, please call your doctor.
4. Don't stop using pregabalin suddenly, even if you feel good. Stopping suddenly may cause withdrawal symptoms.

Bleeding diseases, or low levels of platelets in the blood;

Diabetes (unless you are taking pregabalin to treat diabetic neuropathy);
Drug or alcohol addiction; or severe allergic reaction (angioedema).
Usage
The 600 mg daily dose has been studied and does not seem to bring additional significant benefits; Due to dose-dependent adverse reactions, it is not recommended to use a dose of 300 mg per day (immediate release) or 330 mg (sustained release) or more per day for treatment.
