Usage and dosage 

1. usage for human

• The daily dosage for adults (calculated as ciprofloxacin, the same below) is 0.5 to 1.5g, taken orally in 2 times. Intravenous infusion is 0.2~0.6g per day, but the speed should not be too fast; infuse in 2 times, each time about 1 hour.
• For bone and joint infections, take 1.0-1.5g a day, divided into 2-3 times, and the course of treatment is 4-6 weeks or longer.
• For pneumonia and skin and soft tissue infections, 1-1.5g is given daily, divided into 2 times, and the course of treatment is 7-14 days.
• Intestinal infection: 1g daily, divided into 2 times, and the course of treatment is 5 to 7 days. For typhoid fever, take 1.5g per day, divided into 2 times, and the course of treatment is 10 to 14 days.
• For urinary tract infection, take 0.5-1g daily, divided into 2 times, and the course of treatment is 7-14 days; in severe or complex cases, the course of treatment needs to be extended appropriately.
• Gonorrhea can be taken orally in a single dose of 0.25-0.5g.
• Severe cases can be administered intravenously, 0.4 to 0.6g per day, divided into 2 times.

2.usage for animal

• Oral administration, one dose, 5 to 15 mg per 1kg body weight for pigs and dogs. 2 times/d.
• Mixed drink, 25-50mg per 1L of drinking water for poultry.
• Intramuscular injection, one dose, 2.5mg per 1kg body weight for livestock; 5mg for poultry. 2 times/day.
