Doramectin has a good effect on the digestive tract nematodes of pigs. It was reported that the weight gain of artificially infected and naturally infected pigs was significantly higher than that of the control group at 7 days, 14 days and 2l after intramuscular administration of 0.3 mg/kg body weight (P<0.0001). Compared with the control group, 100% of the worms were removed without side effects.
In the treatment of sows and Suckling piglets, it has a good effect. After artificially infected with sarcoptic mite, intramuscular injection at the rate of 0.3 mg/kg body weight for 4 weeks showed a significant effect on the elimination of skin inflammation, injury and interporcine infection (P<0.05). Application method of doracin

Every spring and autumn, the pigs in the farm shall be treated with medicine once a year. Sows should be treated with medicine once 7 ~ 14 days before delivery. The first sows should be dewormized once within 4 ~ 14 days before mating and once again within 7 ~ 14 days before delivery. Boars are usually treated once in spring and autumn. The piglets were treated once at the age of 20 ~ 30 days (during feeding of suckling pigs) and 60 ~ 70 days (before piglet conversion). All new pigs were treated once, and then combined with other pigs 10 days later.
Pay attention to avoid contact between untreated pigs and treated pigs within 1 week of treatment; Sows should be treated in the empty period as far as possible; The environment must be thoroughly cleaned after medication, and disinfection and insecticidal measures must be taken at the same time.
